Q: Would your services be a good fit for me?
A: My ideal client loves to travel, but would much rather let someone else do the research, planning, and minor details. that’s where I come in! I absolutely love putting together travel itineraries! my goal is to create the trip that you want. whether you’re a new traveler, or a seasoned traveler, you see the value in leaning on travel expertise for your trip.
Q: Are payment plans an option?
A: absolutely! I try to use partner vendors that offer lower deposits and flexible payment options. but keep in mind, the earlier you start planning your trip, the better. Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure the trip. final payment dates are typically 30-45 days before the trip for a land trip, and 45-90 days for a cruise.
Q: Can you work within my budget?
A: I do my best to keep you within your realistic budget. following the covid-19 pandemic, travel prices have increased, especially flight prices. i always try to maintain transparency and will communicate with you to remain where you’re financially comfortable.
Q: What elements are included in my customized itinerary package?
A: In the travel inquiry form, you have the option to select what items you’d like included in your itinerary. This could be air fare, excursions, airport transfers, a hotel the night before a cruise, etc.
Q: Do I pay you for the trip?
A: other than my initial consultation fee, no payments are made directly to me. as a service to my clients, I make each payment to the vendor(s) on your behalf once you authorize payment via a credit card authorization form.
Q: Do you charge fees?
A: Yes. I charge a planning fee to cover the research, comparison, and coordination involved in creating custom travel itineraries. My services are organized into tiered planning levels based on how much research and support your trip requires. The initial phone consultation is free and designed to confirm fit — all planning begins after you choose a tier and submit the planning fee. You can find full details on my Fees page.
Q: Couldn’t I just book my travel myself?
A: You could. But Traveling with Charisma is providing you with a stress-free experience. You give me the framework and I’ll customize the rest. If you’ve ever planned a trip, especially with a group, you know it requires a lot of time, research, and patience. save your time, and instead, let me do the rest. My services are offered from the beginning through the end of your trip.
You just need to keep up with your payment schedule, make sure that you have the proper travel documents (don’t worry, I’ll help you stay on track), and, finally, SHOW UP AND HAVE A GREAT TIME!
