It is non‑refundable and does not apply toward your travel package cost — instead, it covers the work that ensures your vacation is seamless from start to finish. 

And of course, every trip is unique! Depending on how much research and coordination your trip needs, I offer three planning levels: Ready to Book, Standard, and Concierge.

Premium Planning, Tailored to Your Needs

Each tier includes a defined scope of research for destinations and date ranges, so expectations are always clear. Additional destinations or timeframes can be added if you’d like to explore more options.

Simple, Transparent Tiers

🌴 Tier 1 – Ready to Book: $125

  • You already know your destination, exact dates (or a narrow window), and preferred resort or cruise.

    • Booking management & confirmations

    • Supplier communication

    • Payment reminders & travel docs

    • Activities not included (except bundled supplier add‑ons)

  • 1 destination, 1 date range (or exact travel dates), and 1 preferred resort, cruise line, or property

    Up to 2 travelers (same room or cabin)

🧳 Tier 2 – Standard Planning: $200-$225

  • You know the destination and approximate timeframe, and want curated options.

    • 2–3 curated options with rate comparisons

    • Flight + lodging research and proposal

    • Booking management & supplier communication

    • General activity recommendations (top experiences)

  • Up to 1 destination and 2 date ranges

    Up to 4 travelers (typically one family or two couples, same booking).

💎 Tier 3 – Concierge/Group Travel: $350+

  • Multiple destinations or date ranges, groups/milestones, multi‑city trips, or full itinerary design

    • Full proposal with comparisons

    • Group coordination and communications

    • Booking management through departure

    • Curated activity planning & custom itinerary design

    • Assistance with restaurant and excursion bookings

  • Up to 3 destinations and 2–3 date ranges

    5 or more travelers or 2+ rooms/cabins. Includes milestone trips, family groups, or friends traveling together.
