Every trip involves meaningful behind-the-scenes work — researching destinations, comparing flight and hotel options, checking availability, and coordinating details. My planning fee covers this professional research and trip design so you don’t have to manage it yourself.
The planning fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward your travel package cost. It compensates the time, expertise, and care that go into designing and managing your trip from start to finish.

Because every trip is unique, I offer three planning levels based on the amount of research, coordination, and customization involved: Ready to Book, Standard Planning, and Concierge/Group Travel. 

Premium Planning, Tailored to Your Needs

Each tier includes a defined scope of research for destinations and date ranges, so expectations are always clear. If you’d like to explore more options or your plans expand along the way, I’ll guide you through adjusting to the planning tier that best fits your needs before continuing.

Simple, Transparent Tiers

🌴 Tier 1 – Ready to Book: $125

  • Travelers (or families) who already know where they’re going and want a trusted professional to handle booking, logistics, and supplier coordination — without needing multiple options or comparisons.

    • One destination or one cruise itinerary

    • One confirmed date range or sailing

    • One primary hotel or resort recommendation, or one ship and cabin category

    • One to two travelers (a nuclear family unit)

    • Best-fit flight option based on stated preferences (nonstop prioritized when available)

    • Booking, confirmations, and supplier advocacy

    • Payment reminders & travel docs

    • Activities not included (except bundled supplier add‑ons)

  • This tier is designed for bookings with a single decision-maker and payment method. Trips involving multiple travelers paying separately, additional coordination, or increased administrative oversight fall outside this tier and may require Standard Planning.

    Note: No destination narrowing, brainstorming, or side-by-side comparisons

🧳 Tier 2 – Standard Planning: $225

  • Travelers who want a travel professional to conduct the research, provide expert guidance, comparisons, and support in narrowing down the best option

    • Destination or itinerary narrowing

    • Multiple hotel or resort options, or multiple cruise ships, itineraries, sail dates, or cabin categories

    • Flight comparisons and routing considerations

    • Fare types, inclusions, and pricing analysis

    • Three to four travelers, or trips involving separate payments

    • General activity recommendations (top experiences)

  • This tier supports moderate coordination, including payment tracking and traveler-specific communication. Requests that expand beyond this scope may require an upgrade to Concierge Planning.

💎 Tier 3 – Concierge/Group Travel: $350+

  • Trips involving multiple travelers, multiple rooms or cabins, milestone celebrations, or group coordination — where managing people, preferences, and logistics are as important as the destination itself

    • Five or more travelers, multiple rooms or cabins, or linked reservations

    • Group cruises or hosted sailings

    • Ongoing coordination, changes, and traveler communication

    • Payment tracking, deadlines, and policy oversight

    • High-touch planning and trip management

  • This tier is intended for complex itineraries and multi-party travel where ongoing management is required before, during, and after booking.
